「私立くちびる西高校」として、栃木県那須塩原市（旧：塩原町）にある、旧塩原町立上塩原小学校[1]でロケが行われた。校名に「くちびる」を冠しているのは、浜田を讃える校名でもある。
郑哲民PD自2020年2月退出SBS人气韩综《Running Man》节目后转会到了tvN。这是郑PD的首档节目，是以推理为基础的户外综艺。担任导演的郑PD表示：“《第六感》会到最近最热门的美食店，潮流的中心地带等，用能刺激观众们好奇心的主题，发挥第六感在真实中寻找假象的节目。出演阵容会在巧妙的设计中发挥第六感来寻找假象，在这个过程中产生配合和综艺感，会非常有趣。”
