《错位青春第四季》是由ABC Family出品，讲述的是两个年轻女孩的故事。她们偶然发现她们在医院出生时被意外掉包了。Bay Kennish成长在一个富裕的家庭，双亲健在，还有一个哥哥。然而Daphne Vasquez却在幼年时因为脑膜炎就失去了听力， 和母亲相依为命，在一个工人阶级水平的住宅区长大。当两个家庭相遇，并为了两个女孩的利益考虑而努力寻找相处之道的时候，一切都开始变得戏剧化起来。

James Bellamy has started his new job in the City but he is feeling out of sorts and is completely bored. He's also broken off his engagement with Phyllis. Lady Marjorie is planning a trip that a trip to New York to see Elizabeth and then on to Canada.
