南海岛血书

　　厌倦了无聊的学业，奎德（肖恩·埃文斯 Shaun Evans 饰）、斯蒂芬·格雷斯（杰克逊·拉斯波恩 Jackson Rathbone 饰）及其女友谢丽尔·弗洛姆（汉娜·斯蒂恩 Hanne Steen 饰）合作进行一项探寻人类恐怖之源的研究。他们采访应征者，请他们讲述各自心中最恐惧的事情。与此同时，这三个人慢慢讲述了各自的心结。斯蒂芬的哥哥死于车祸，因此他对汽车和死亡有着天然的恐惧；谢丽尔的父亲在屠宰场工作，致使她对肉类心生抵触；奎德则在6岁时目睹了父母被破门而入的男子杀害的惨状，血腥的阴影时刻笼罩心头。
　　他们的研究逐渐接近尾声，但是奎德的情绪却变得越来越不稳定，他最终走向崩溃的边缘……

凯拉（劳拉·乔丹 Laura Jordan 饰）、梅丽莎（尼姬·埃克斯 Nicki Aycox 饰）、鲍比（尼克·扎诺 Nick Zano 饰）和尼克（凯尔·施密德 Kyle Schmid 饰）等四个年轻人正驱车前往拉斯维加斯，准备参加那里举行的聚会。他们的车载半路抛锚，四人寻求帮助时在荒野找到一座空无一人的房子，继而在仓库里找到一辆跑车。经过一番讨论，他们决定留下联系方式，暂时把车开走，并负责赔偿车主的损失。                                    
                               　　然而他们的想法过于天真，这辆汽车的主人正是恐怖的锈钉（马克·吉本 Mark Gibbon 饰），凯拉等人破门而入和偷走汽车的行为彻底惹恼了他，锈钉的疯狂狩猎也随即展开。凯拉等人命悬一线……

　　因为一张存着黑社会贩卖国宝的磁碟不易而飞，整个黑道中掀起一场打杀风波，嘉莉最爱探险活动了，在一次探险中意外拾到磁片，从此惹来了杀身之祸……

　　半年前，17岁的布兰特（Xavier Samuel 饰）与父亲驾车遭遇车祸，父亲身亡，布兰特和母亲始终没有从伤痛中走出。同校的劳拉（Robin McLeavy 饰）邀请布兰特同去舞会，布兰特木讷的予以拒绝，转头陪伴自己的女友赫莉。当天布兰特独身在野外攀岩，当他来到山顶时，久候多时的劳拉之父将他麻醉带走。
　　布兰特醒来时，发现自己被困在劳拉家中，这个看上去文静的微胖女孩居然利用自己的父亲将多位男孩绑架，父女二人残酷的虐待他们，最后用电钻把他们的头骨钻开变成嘶哑的痴呆。劳拉的母亲也不能免于折磨，她形容枯槁奄奄一息，被父女二人视为无物。面对这对关系暧昧的怪异父女，布兰特必须用尽一切办法自救……

　　《红色领巾》大学生志岛由美（大场美奈 饰）在暑假时返回家乡，和表妹真理结识了在酒吧打工的弘树。之后三人在河边游玩，从水中捡到一条红色领巾，虽遥遥看见了失主，可是那个女孩转眼失踪。事后，由美从弘树口中听到一个可怕的传说。《浴室》一对情侣租住在一间旧公寓中，浴缸底下经常会涌上来似乎是前主人的旧物。然而诡异的还不止于此。《注视》高中生弥生经常在公园看见一个上班族模样的男子。在某次交谈后，男人似乎无时无刻不在公园注视着弥生。即使绕路也无法摆脱对方纠缠，忍无可忍的弥生决定诅咒对方。《民泊网站》岛田将大学生女友菜菜的照片挂在民泊网站上招揽客人，很快客人加贺从山形县赶来。加贺自称来见网恋女友，但他的举止阴森诡谲。《新人》为了让儿子春树开心，全职主妇萩乃买下了一台二手平板电脑。会说话的平板自称“新人”，成为孤独的春树的好朋友。

　　"Wild in the Streets" comes from the same school of film making that spawned other attempts to connect to the counterculture such as "Skidoo" and "Candy". The difference between this and the aforementioned films is that "Wild in the Streets" is reasonably clever and well-made. It isn't sympathetic to the counterculture and will likely offend those with fond memories of the time. Surprisingly, it was a big hit when released and appealed to the youth whom it ridiculed so much. Unlike "The Trip" and "Psych-Out" (two other AIP films), its not an accurate representation of the movement at all. However it does work as social satire.
　　The direction by Barry Shear is good and makes innovative use of split screen photography. Plus, he keeps everything moving at a quick pace. In its funny moments, the film works well. In its attempts at drama, its helplessly dated and just as funny as the humorous moments. Christopher Jones underplays his role and Shelly Winters overacts. Hal Holbrook offers the best performance and Diane Varsi achieves the right note of "grooviness". The script by Robert Thom has its moments, especially the ending (easily the most ingenious part of the film). "Wild in the Streets" isn't perfect, but deserves recognition as an interesting misunderstanding of the hallucination generation. Those into this kind of kitsch will enjoy it the most. I'd rather watch "The Trip" or "Psych-Out" however. (6/10)

　　Stuart Gordon, considered a master of the horror genre thanks to classics like Re-Animator and Dagon, decides to do a different move in this strange trip to human morals.
　　
　　"King of the Ants" is about a regular guy, Sean Crawley(newcomer Chris McKenna), a man without any aspiration who just live in his apartment doing the necessary job to live to the next day. In one of his jobs he meets Duke(Gearge Wendt), who introduces Sean to his boss, Ray Matthews(played by Daniel Baldwin). Ray hires Sean as a spy, and orders him to follow Eric Gatlin(Roy Livingstone), an accountant who has been investigating Ray's company. Problems start when Ray, while drunk, orders Sean to kill Eric. And he does it. Things go wrong when Ray decides to make Sean disappear destroying his mind with violent punishment and humiliation.
　　
　　From the point where Sean kills Eric, we go in the same boat with him, as he goes through a downward spiral of human degradation, traveling from guilt, to confusion and finally to his rebirth, in a state where humanity, morals and values are not important anymore. Chris McKenna acting is very important because he manages to be likable even when he is part of gruesome acts, both as victim and/or criminal. He has that look of innocence that hides a dark side and he manages to carry the film.
　　
　　The support cast also includes Kari Wuhrer, as Eric's widow who also becomes a central part of Sean's trip to hell. She gives a fine performance, although it's obvious that Sean is the main character. He is the most developed of all and McKenna's performance is up to the challenge.
　　
　　The film has very disturbing images of violence, and while it may not be as graphic as "Kill Bill" for example, the strength of the violence is in the lack of humanity that the character manifest. He is more than an ant in this world. He is the king.
　　
　　Stuart Gordon has managed to create a film that, while maybe it's not one of his best efforts; it's very well done, has a VERY interesting story to tell, and manages to capture the attention every second of it.

　　Cory and friends visit a broken down old shack in the middle of nowhere to investigate the mysteries of his past. After realizing that his grandparents dabbled in black magic, demons and the undead begin to attack, taking Cory's friends down one by one.

　　年幼的妹妹遽然离世，让孤独的青年李在贤（柳德焕 饰）万念俱灰。虽然放弃了轻生的念头，不过他的人生也一切重来。在朋友的帮助下，他在一家补习机构供职，借着教书寻找生的感觉。某天，一个奇怪的女孩闯入李在贤的生活。她叫朴秀贞（郭智敏 饰），因男友去世以及和后母交流不畅而闷闷不乐，沉默的外表下仿佛隐藏着无尽的心事。偶然间，李在贤发现秀贞能够侵入他的大脑，知道他一切的想法。在秀贞的引领下，在贤甚至进入了一个奇妙舒适的世界。他对秀贞既感惊奇又着迷，然而这个美丽且神秘的女孩某天却不辞而别。
