《美女厨房》重新开放，吸引一众女艺员到场大显厨艺。她们走进厨房前，只简单听过菜名及几十秒的流程简介便要动手，能否以厨艺俘虏一众男嘉宾的胃？美女烹调指定菜式时，大卖神秘感，要男嘉宾猜猜她们是谁，还欢迎观众参与竞猜！每集指定一种新鲜食材，让美女活捉、活宰，并发挥创意烹煮，务求从评判手上取得高分数，争夺新一届美女厨神称号。还有一众美女学徒，研发卖相不够好、配搭怪异但实际美味的「新奇料理」！
