　　《回眸》记录三位末期病人冠玮、瑶华、育姗在离开人世前，如何面对死亡的每一刻。冠玮被告知生命剩下一个月，他苦恼来不及看着就读小学的双胞胎儿子佑佑和廷廷长大；瑶华希望在家安宁，但回到家后，家人之间的不和睦让她感到害怕；育姗长期在海外工作，生病返台治疗被判定为末期病人，因为女儿不在身边，育姗担心临走前见不到女儿最后一面……《回眸》细腻呈现三位末期病人各自对生命抱有不同的执着与情绪，用生命故事向大众展现他们对生的不舍、对死的恐惧与以及过程中灵性照顾给他们的勇气。

巴蒂斯特还在聚光灯下宣布了他与海涅曼在《美国交响乐团》(American Symphony)上的合作，这是一部专题纪录片，讲述了他如何创作去年秋天在卡内基音乐厅(Carnegie Hall)首演的同名舞台剧。据说，这部电影对他的创作过程进行了近距离的观察，并前所未有地展示了他的个人生活，包括赢得五项格莱美奖(包括《We Are》的年度最佳专辑)和面对妻子癌症诊断和治疗的低谷。

　　《味道云南》一共分10个篇章介绍云南美食，从开篇的《家宴春色》、《人间清欢》到充满浓浓怀旧乡愁的《岁月怀想》和《异乡别恋》，每个篇章看似毫无联系，但其中内核紧扣。与传统的美食节目不同，《味道云南》在地域上采取了大范围的跳动，并且不以地域和菜品分类进行划分，反而每集都有自己的主人公：建水摘草芽的郑红伟兄弟；大理宾川鸡足山脚下打香椿的杨继梅一家；以及至今还完整保留制作怒江“漆油煮鸡”传统纯手工做法的怒族小伙子王敬华……节目对食物朴素细腻的描述，对人和食材关系的微妙理解，也使得本片不仅仅是一部表现美食的纪录片。以往对云南美食看似没有文化的误读，将在节目中改变，云南美食的底蕴，质朴简单，就在一块块大理鹤庆秘制的吹肝里，就在一罐罐巍山殷记的咸菜里。

　　影片真实记录了全国各地扶贫驻村第一书记搞产业、兴教育、抗台风、保丰收等事迹，讲述了他们为老百姓办实事的生动经历，展现年轻共产党员在脱贫一线奉献青春甚至牺牲的感人故事，谱写了一曲中国新时代党的赞歌。

　　已故知名电影配乐师约翰·约翰逊执导、蒂尔达·斯文顿旁白的纪录片《Last and First Men》入围今年#柏林电影节#特别展映单元。
　　影片聚焦铁托时期南斯拉夫多留下的巨大建筑“Spomeniks”，体现了独特而复杂的美学和文化涵义。约翰逊和摄影师Sturla Brandt Grøvlen一起去到当地，在拂晓或黄昏时间，以天空为背景、黑白画面拍摄展现建筑的样子。
