　　When his girlfriend Sasha and best friend Elias give hothead Richard a harpoon for his birthday, he wants to try this new toy out right away. So the three of them set out for a day trip on a boat, but suspicion and jealousy soon start to get the upper hand. Before long, the tension has become unbearable. To make matters worse, the boat’s engine fails and then it turns out they left their supplies on shore: a nerve-wracking struggle for survival ensues that spares no one’s secrets – or blood.
　　This post-modern adaptation of a story by Edgar Allan Poe in which three shipwrecked sailors draw lots to see who has to sacrifice himself as a cannibalistic snack, is a bloodthirsty thriller that leaves sufficient space for laughs. It’s painfully obvious from (nautical) miles away that this triangular relationship is not going to end well.

　　Toni Musulin has worked as a security guard on an armored truck for 10 years. One day, with 11.6 million Euros on board, he drives off without his two colleagues, committing the "heist of the century". Having spent one year planning his robbery, he takes advantage of the flaws in the system that he knows inside out. Leaving his wife and his only friend, he disappears with the money, seeking revenge against his arrogant boss for humiliating him.

　　Three illegal drug dealers launched out on a voyage in a homemade submarine. The submarine worked well initially, but it started to malfunction. In attempting to reduce the weight somehow, they were investigating the cargo section when they discovered a young female, Reina, hidden there, and she looked appalling. As the situation gets worse, the tensions among the three men are heightened, and in the midst of this, Reina attempts to escape, but she has nowhere to go in the endless open sea.
　　With an unusual setting of the submarine, where nothing can be seen other than the horizon, Submersible captures the tension of the conflicts between the characters and their struggle for survival, while the submarine environment itself arouses extreme claustrophobia and anxiety. The top star from Columbia, Natalia Reyes, who attracted the worldwide film industry’s attention with Ciro Guerra’s Birds of Passage (2018), and made her Hollywood debut in Terminator: Dark Fate (2019), once again draws attention in her role as Reina. 　　Another brilliant giallo thriller from director Francesco Barilli, whose THE PERFUME OF THE LADY IN BLACK was one of the genre's most haunting and original films. This Italian-Spanish follow-up is a bit muddled, but no less engrossing.
　　Set in a family hotel in Northern Italy in 1945, the film concerns Rosa (Leonora Fani), who helps her mother run the hotel while awaiting her soldier father's return from the front. In a Barilli film, nothing is as it seems, and before long Mom (who is sleeping with a traitor she's hidden in the attic) is murdered. Then poor Rosa is raped by two of the guests, who also are murdered, and while she's hiding the bodies she is forced into an orgy by all of the other guests. But before the guests get to far a mysterious man enters all shots the guests. Who is this mysterious man and what are his intentions for Rosa?
　　Like all the best gialli, Pensione Paura completely dispenses with logic early on, elevating weirdness to nearly operatic levels while absorbing the viewer in a thick and spellbinding atmosphere of mounting dread. Francisco Rabal co-stars with Luc Merenda, Lidia Biondi, and Jose Maria Prada.

　　木下監督は、鶴屋南北の原作にかなり手を加え、お岩の亡霊は伊右衛門の良心の呵責による妄想だという新解釈を与えている。また、この作品を日本の伝統的な絵巻物という視点で捉え、全編を俯瞰撮影の長回しで撮った異色作品。

　　在一个晴朗舒适的好时节，尼尔瑞家的两兄弟肖恩（巴勃罗·施瑞博尔 Pablo Schreiber 饰）、麦克（亚伦·斯塔顿 Aaron Staton 饰）以及麦克的妻子威特（瑞安·施密特 Wrenn Schmidt 饰）驱车来到某个静谧的自然保护区打猎。这里是两兄弟童年一曾玩耍的地方，而今物是人非，三人和谐融洽的表象下，总有暧昧尴尬的情愫流动。难熬的一天即将结束，他们相继入眠。当第二天醒来时，他们的帐篷、行李、刀枪乃至宠物狗均被人偷走，而且三人的额头上还被画上了叉。麦克怀疑肖恩从中搞鬼，更对哥哥和妻子之间的暧昧表示强烈不满。
